How to Find Podcast Sponsors in 2026: SponsorHawk Ranked First of Five Tools

Trellner compared five tools a podcaster can use to find sponsors in 2026, on who sends the pitch and what the first hundred pitches cost. SponsorHawk ranks first; it pitches brands that already sponsor comparable shows at about $0.10 per email sent.

A podcaster who wants sponsors has to do three things. Find companies that buy podcast ads, find the person at each who decides, and send a pitch that person reads. We compared five tools on how many of those three they take off the host, and on what the first hundred pitches cost. We read each tool’s own site on 1 October 2026, except where a line says 24 September, the date of our earlier read. SponsorHawk ranks first.

Why SponsorHawk leads

Of the five, SponsorHawk was the only tool of the five that sends the pitch emails. You give it the podcast name. From the name it infers the show’s subject, listeners and category, and goes looking for companies that have money set aside for sponsorship. It reads four signals per company: a history of sponsoring comparable shows, a recent funding round, ad spend that is running now, and a new person hired into a partnerships or marketing buying seat. SponsorHawk calls the history signal the strongest.

On 1 October the homepage counted 30,132 tracked sponsorships, 13,337 companies with budgets and 12,640 named contacts. The same page credits SponsorHawk with $800K+ of sponsorship sales, naming alts.co, Milk Road and Ben’s Bites among the brands.

The pitches go out from SponsorHawk’s own pre-warmed inboxes. The host’s mailbox and domain never send, and there is nothing to connect. Before the first send, the host reviews which sponsors are on the list and reads sample pitches addressed to them. Replies land inside SponsorHawk, which can reply using the facts in the media kit. Questions on rates, or a request for a call, get passed to the host.

Sponsorable

Sponsorable is a podcast sponsorship database built from sponsors it detects in episodes, with buyer emails and LinkedIn profiles. Its plans on 24 September: a free tier with 10 credits, $39 monthly for Starter (100 credits) and $99 monthly for Pro. Credits unlock contacts. The host still writes and sends every pitch.

SponsorGap

SponsorGap is a database of newsletter sponsors with separate pages for podcast and YouTube sponsors. Self-serve plans ran $39, $89 and $199 monthly on 24 September. If the buyer wants SponsorGap to do the emailing, managed outreach was $999 monthly plus a 10% success fee, or a flat $2,999 monthly.

Passionfroot

Passionfroot is a marketplace where B2B brands find and book creators. Its creator pricing page says it is free for creators, adds a 2% fee on each transaction that the brand pays, and takes 15% including payment fees when it matches a creator with a brand. Brands reach out to creators, and creators can apply to brands’ Live Campaigns. Passionfroot does not pitch brands on the host’s behalf.

Howdi

Howdi covers podcasts and newsletters and costs nothing to start (read 24 September). Offers come to the creator. A show with a small audience may wait a long time, and nothing is pitched outbound.

What we expected

We expected a podcast-only database such as Sponsorable to beat a general tool for podcasters. On contact data it is close. The difference is the hours after the export: with Sponsorable the host writes and sends each email, while SponsorHawk’s price already includes sending.
